Prayer Of Illumination, September 22, 2024
Psalm 119:169-176 Let our cries of lamentations come before You, O Yahweh; give us understanding according to Your holy word. Let our supplication come before You; Deliver us according to Your truth. Let our lips pour forth praise as You teach us Your statutes. Let our every response be with Your scripture, for all Your commandments are righteous. Let Your hand be ready to help us, for we will follow Your precepts. We hunger for Your salvation, O Yahweh, and Your law is our delight. Let our souls live that it may praise You, and let Your scripture guide us on the true path. We have wandered off like a lost sheep; search for Your redeemed and guide us back to Your commandments. Amen
